Once indulged with TDR, saw a different ball game over here for overall fitness and athetelism.
Started regular cycling under prime mentorship of my childhood friend and pioneer in cycling Sudesh Dua. Got first 50, 100, 200 and so on.
More importantly, started running with my daughter at age of almost 45 years and regularly ran 10+ kilometres with her in Let's Run and other tournaments.
Also learnt swimming at same age and continuing to swim as well
Till now 32k + KM of cycling ,1k KM running and alomost 80k meters of swit

- HDOR PLATINUM finisher for continuous 4 years
